These terms apply to your use of this website and to any service you agree with Praxis (“we”, “us”). Specific details for each project — scope, deliverables, timeline, price and revision terms — are confirmed in a written quote. If the quote and these terms differ, the quote applies.

Enquiries and quotes

• Information on this website describes our services in general terms; it is not an offer.
• After your enquiry we may ask for further information, then send a written quote. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 14 days.
• An agreement is formed only when you accept a quote in writing (email or WhatsApp is sufficient).

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and the materials we need, in good time.
• Make sure you have the right to share any documents or data you send us.
• Check and follow the rules of your university, programme, journal or funder regarding external support.
• Remain responsible for the final content of any work you submit or publish.

Academic integrity

All services are provided in line with our academic integrity statement. We do not produce assessed work for submission under your name, fabricate data or misrepresent authorship. We may decline or stop any work that would breach these principles; fees for work already completed remain payable.

Fees and payment

Fees, payment schedule and accepted payment methods are set out in your quote. Work may begin only after any agreed deposit has been received.

Timelines and delivery

We deliver within the timeline stated in the quote. Timelines depend on receiving complete materials and timely responses from you; delays on either side will be communicated promptly and dates adjusted where reasonable.

Revisions

The number and scope of revision rounds are stated in your quote. Requests that change the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel at any time by telling us in writing. Work completed up to that point, and any non-refundable costs, will be charged; any balance paid in advance for work not yet started will be refunded.

Confidentiality and intellectual property

We keep your documents and information confidential. Your materials remain yours. Edits and feedback we provide are yours to use for your project. Our own templates, guides and teaching materials remain our property.

No guaranteed outcomes

Decisions on admission, scholarships, publication, grades and employment are made by third parties. We do not and cannot guarantee any outcome.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Use of this website

Content on this website is provided for general information. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Praxis is established, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
